The products on average ship within 2-3 weeks of receiving the order. Standard ground shipping typically adds another 3-4 business days.

Yes! In addition to 0-9 numbers, we carry the entire A-Z alphabet, as well as punctuation marks and architectural symbols (hyphens, slashes, ampersands) across all listed styles and sizes.
All of our finishes come with a lifetime warranty. For maximum corrosion resistance in coastal environments (within a few blocks of the ocean), we strongly recommend our Clear Anodized finish over Natural Satin Aluminum for optimal long-term durability.
Natural Satin Aluminum features a protective automotive-grade clear coat on top, giving it a glossier, polished sheen as illustrated on our Finishes page.
Because all of our cast metal numbers and letters are custom-cast to order across more than 40 styles, 10 sizes, and 20+ finishes, each piece is uniquely manufactured for your project.
As a courtesy to our clients, we offer a 50% store credit on returned items. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Absolutely. We can manufacture custom styles, dimensions, and specialized finishes. Non-standard architectural finishes include Stainless Steel, Solid Copper, Polished Brass, and Hot Rolled Steel. Please contact us directly for custom project quotes.
Our most popular and versatile size is approximately 6 inches tall. We always recommend checking with your local Fire Department or Municipal Code for minimum visibility requirements:
- Many municipalities mandate a minimum height of 4 inches.
- Some require 6 inches minimum for residential properties.
- Commercial installations frequently require 12 inches or larger for emergency visibility from the street.
Yes, we ship worldwide. We calculate international freight at checkout or upon request. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by your local customs authority upon arrival.
All cast metal products carry our Lifetime Guarantee: should any letter or number fade, break, or exhibit material defects, we will refinish or replace it at no charge, provided it remains at its original installation location.
Care & Maintenance: Exterior metal letters should be washed periodically with mild dish soap and clean water to remove environmental grime and pollutants. If the surface is ever lightly scuffed, the polyurethane finish can be easily restored using high-quality automotive car wax.

Spacers are precision collar rings that slide over the threaded mounting studs, holding the numbers off the wall to create a modern "floating" drop-shadow effect.
Spacers are completely optional ($1.00 per character) and come in lengths from 1/4" to 1". You can order them with your set and decide during installation whether you prefer a flush or floating mount.
